Bellevue residents can grab gloves and help clean up Northwest Bellevue streets on Saturday, Nov. 21.
The City of Bellevue's Keep Bellevue Beautiful program is holding the cleanup at Northtowne Neighborhood Park, 2800 Bellevue Way NE, from 9 to 11 a.m. The event is part of the city's "26 in '26" initiative, which aims to complete 26 Signature Street cleanups across Bellevue neighborhoods in 2026, according to the city's event page.
No experience is needed. The city will provide cleanup supplies, along with coffee and water.
Volunteers can stay for the full two hours or drop in for as long as they can. Registration is encouraged but not required. Those who want to sign up in advance can register through Eventbrite.
The city announced the 26 in '26 challenge in February, listing early-year cleanups in neighborhoods including Lakemont, Eastgate, Lake Hills and Newport.
