Education and experience
Her official biography lists a bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from the University of California, Davis, in 1988 and a law degree from the same university in 1991.
Klinge previously worked as a deputy district attorney in Oakland, California, practiced in wills and estates and served as Redmond’s prosecuting attorney for 13 years. From 2013 to 2019, she worked as a judge pro tem in King County District Court and the municipal courts of Issaquah, Renton and Tukwila, according to the biography.
