Sales opened Sept. 26 at a new 15-home luxury community in Bellevue's Newport Hills neighborhood, with base prices starting above $2 million.
Conner Homes began selling at Newport View after a grand opening event Saturday, Sept. 26, at 12085 SE 63rd Court. The community offers five floor plans ranging from 3,449 to 4,636 square feet, according to 425 Business. Base prices range from $2,017,700 to $2,723,000 before lot premiums and upgrades, according to the builder's project page.
The homes sit near Coal Creek Parkway and I-405, according to Conner Homes. The builder's project page lists Newport Hills Park, with nearly eight acres of playfields, as a five-minute walk away. The Newport Swimming and Tennis Club is a short drive from the community.
Erin Fowler, president of Conner Homes, said in a Sept. 24 press release that the community stands out for its location and flexible floor plans. She called Newport View "a quiet residential setting" with "convenient access to everything."
All homes feature designer-selected finishes, Fisher and Paykel appliances, covered front porches and expansive windows. Select plans include covered balconies and optional elevators. Some plans offer guest suites with a kitchenette, living area, bedroom, private bathroom and a washer and dryer in a walk-in closet.
Buyers who purchase before construction begins can participate in the Conner Custom Program, which allows structural or surface changes in certain areas of the home. The builder is also advertising a $50,000 buyer bonus, though specific terms were not disclosed.
Conner Homes is a locally owned builder founded in 1959 by Bill Conner and his brother John. The company says it has built more than 6,000 homes across Washington state over more than 65 years. Its previous Bellevue luxury project, Richards Ridge, is listed as sold out on the company's website.
The prices place Newport View at the entry point of the metro area's luxury tier. The luxury threshold in the Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue metro sat at roughly $2.09 million as of May 2026, with homes at that price selling in a median of 31 days, according to Realtor.com. The metro retained 89% of its pandemic-era home price gains as of that date.
No construction timeline or completion date has been announced.
