More than 50 regional musicians are performing free lunchtime concerts across Downtown Bellevue's plazas every weekday through Friday, September 11.
The Bellevue Downtown Association's Live at Lunch Concert Series runs noon to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday at rotating venues including Bellevue Connection Compass Plaza, City Center Plaza, The Meadow, Bellevue Square Fountain Court, and West Main.
No tickets required.
The genre range is wide. Ukulele artist Arden Fujiwara takes the Compass Plaza stage (550 106th Ave. NE) on Monday, July 20, with Le Nomade food truck on-site. Joel Astley brings swing and blues to The Meadow on Thursday, July 16, and Ian McFeron & Alisa Milner play Americana and folk rock at Bellevue Square Fountain Court on Friday, July 17, alongside a Nespresso drink cart.
Wednesdays at City Center Plaza (555 110th Ave. NE) pair live music with food trucks through September: Brittany Collins performs July 22 with Momo Express, Elias Kauhane plays July 29 with Paparepas, and Alma Villegas Latin Jazz takes the stage August 19 with Lucky Luciano's.
The Wednesday series wraps Wednesday, September 9 with D'Vonne Lewis 3.
Thursday concerts happen at The Meadow, the 1.75-acre public space that opened in April at Amazon's Bellevue 600 development (633 110th Ave. NE), across from the Bellevue Transit Center.
Food trucks on Thursdays set up at the adjacent Bellevue City Hall Plaza.
Fridays at Bellevue Square Fountain Court (575 Bellevue Square, in front of Macy's on Bellevue Way) feature a Nespresso drink cart alongside performers including Adrian Xavier on Friday, July 31, Aaron Crawford on Friday, August 7, and Kaitie Wade on Friday, August 21.
Mondays rotate between Compass Plaza and Bellefield Office Park (1601 114th Ave. SE). Brendan Wires performs at Compass Plaza on Monday, July 27. Mark Hilliard Wilson plays Monday, August 3 with Yummy Catch food truck at the same venue, while Lady A performs at Bellefield that same day with L'italiano food truck.
Other venues appear later in the series: Andre Feriante performs on the Bellevue Library lawn (1111 110th Ave. NE) on Friday, August 28, and the season finale takes place Friday, September 11 at The Summit office complex.
