Sabine Café and Bar to open second location at The Eight in Downtown Bellevue

Sabine Café and Bar, a Mediterranean and Middle Eastern restaurant from Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, is set to open its second location in mid-July 2026 at The Eight office tower in Downtown Bellevue, bringing 3,000 square feet of dining and about 50 indoor seats to the NE 8th Street corridor.
